My workrooms is your entry point to all content you have created, are a team member of or have access to.
In My workrooms you can
A. Create @HOME workrooms
B. Sort, search and filter for workrooms @HOME and @WORK
When you first log in as a user, all available workroom types for @HOME are turned on and ready for you to use. If you want to turn certain workroom types off, go to My Settings and Workroom.
Remember that workroom types must be turned on for you to register new workroom.
When you open My workroom, you will see a list of all the workroom that you have created or have access to. Above the list of workroom , you have the option to sort the list and search for specific workroom.
@HOME
Use the filters on the left-hand side to more easily find the workroom you are looking for.
When you open the filter, it will show you your most frequently used filters. To see all your filter options, click on Show all filters at the bottom of the filter.
The filter is populated with the workroom types you have turned on, and the subtypes and categories you have created. If your filter is empty, you may have turned off all @HOME workroom or not created any subtypes or categories.
All content, subtypes and categories are managed in My settings.
In this example, all workroom types are turned on, making it possible to filter for contracts, projects and groups. Both contracts and projects have subtypes, and these are listed directly under the workroom type. Contracts also has a category defined – Payment terms.
@WORK
Use the filters on the left-hand side to more easily find the workroom you are looking for.
For @WORK workrooms, you can filter by workroom type, organizations you are a member of, workspaces you are part of, and ecosystems you are connected to.
You also have the option to only see workroom @WORK that you have created. Mark the "Only show workroom created by me" at the top of the filter.
