Introduction to My Induct

This article is a introduction to what My Induct is, and what you can find here.

My news feed

The news feed displays all posts published in your network. Your network consists of the people you have connected with, the organisations you are a member of, the communities you are part of and the zones you are connected to. When a new post is published on a news feed in your network, it will appear on your news feed, thereby making it easy for you to stay on top of what is going on in your network.

When you publish a new post on your personal news feed, it will appear on the news feed of the people you are connected to.

My workrooms

My workrooms is your entry point to all workrooms you have created, are a team member of or have access to. In My Content you can

A. Create @HOME content

B. Sort, search and filter for content @HOME and @WORK

When you first log in as a user, all available workroom types for @HOME are turned on and ready for you to use. If you want to turn a certain workroom types off, go to My Settings and Workroom.

Remember that workroom types must be turned on for you to register a new workroom.

When you open My workrooms, you will see a list of all the workroom that you have created or have access to. Above the list of workroom, you have the option to sort the list and search for specific content.

My invitations

My invitations contains all invitations and requests you have sent and received.

From here, you can accept or decline the invitations you receive and use the filter or search bar to find the invitation you are looking for. You may also send an invitation to people you want to join Induct.net

My tasks

My tasks contains all tasks assigned to you, with due date, status, progression and which workroom their from. Click on a task to expand it, and see it's description.

My network

This page contains your entire network – all your contacts, all organizations you are a member of, all communities you are part of and all zones you are connected to.

Use the search field if you are looking for something specific, sort the list or use the filter on the left-hand side to narrow down your search.

My profile

If you want others to get to know you better, we recommend filling in as much as you can on your profile. We also recommend that you add a profile picture to your profile. To add a profile picture, background picture and more, hover over the top banner and click the purple pencil, on the right-hand side.

My settings

In My settings is where you change your language, password, email notifications and @HOME categories. The platform is currently available in Catalan, Spanish, Norwegian, UK English and US English.
