What is an Organization and how does it work

Every organization performs activities intended to help it achieve its objectives. An effective organization carefully designs its activities as processes that are governed, data-driven, meet regulatory standards, and create efficiency. Organizational governance can be described as a holistic approach encompassing the processes, standards, rules, and practices an organization follows. It guides operations and administration, ethics, risk management, compliance, and more.

In @WORK, organizations can create the governance rooms they need to run and manage their organization.

News feed

The news feed is where you can share information and news with the organization members. The organization decides who gets to post in the news feed. This is done in the menu point Settings. The default setting is that only the organization owner can post in the news feed.
To write a post, click anywhere on the box called “Write a post …” at the top of the news feed and start writing. If you want to set a date and time for when you want the post to be published, simply click on the calendar icon, select the desired date and time, and press OK. Then click on the purple publish icon.

Tip
If you don't see the box called "Write a post ...", that means you don't have access to do so.
If you feel you need access, contact one of those who has posted in the news feed.

Governance

In @WORK, organizations can create the governance rooms they need to run and manage their organization. Governance rooms help organizations identify and implement necessary decisions in pursuit of their objectives. Each organization creates the governance rooms they need to help them manage or grow their organization, i.e. board room, management team room, accounts and reporting room, and investor room.
