Like other social media platforms, it's easy to connect with people.
- Simply use the search bar at the top, type in the persons name and click enter or the magnifying glass to search.
- Click the purple "Get connected" button next to their name. Remember that the person needs to accept your request before you get connected.
- If your search gives you a lot of results, use the filter on the left-hand side to narrow it down.
- If the person you want to connect with is not showing in the search results, it could be that they don't have a Induct profile, or have their Induct profile set to 'hidden'. The latter can be change by going to My settings and General settings.
You may also add people in below Members in Organizations and Communities. Simply click the purple "Get connected" icon to the right of the their name.
